It's the time to build the foundation of your own forever home so it is rich and long-lasting, just like an evergreen - which means there is no room for distractions, uncertainty, and overwhelm! They help you gather your thoughts, establish a budget, then plan the wedding entirely. From vendor acquisition, to full wedding design, to coordinating the day itself - they do it all. Their work begins the moment you sign the contract!

They coordinate the logistics of the wedding that you have planned yourself. They remain in your corner from the day you hire them, but do not participate in vendor acquisition, design, or proposal reviews. Their work begins a few months prior to your Wedding.

When Should They Be Hired?
To get the most out of your Planner, it is recommended to make them the very first hire in your wedding planning journey. If they are not the first, then they are often second after the Venue. Since Planners walk you through the beginning phases of wedding planning, it is best to have them on board as soon as possible.
On average, Coordinators are booked 8-12 months in advance, however, they realistically can be hired at any point in the planning process. You are best off to book them sooner than later, though, or else you may miss their availability. As a bonus, they typically provide unlimited email access and therefore can serve as a wealth of knowledge for any questions you may have.
How Do I Know Which One Is Right For Me?
Now, whether it be a Partial Planner or a Full Service Planner, they are best suited for those who have a vision but aren't sure how to execute it. Both services offer guidance at a much deeper level than a Coordinator provides. If you're looking to eliminate all the guesswork, and essentially have somebody tell you how to plan your wedding, a Partial or Full Service Planner
is right for you.
Let's keep it simple:
EVERYBODY needs a Wedding Coordinator. They have the experience and the processes in place that your friend or family member who's offered to do it simply don't have. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and the last thing you want to do is be the go-to person when issues arise. And remember - for every DIY route you take, you are also responsible for making it happen and finding solutions for anything that comes up.
